Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Bohca Bistro & Bar Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and that our bar remains a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service, and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we always have what we need to provide excellent service.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our bar staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service and that they are knowledgeable about our menu and drinks.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the bar, including cash handling, inventory control, and budgeting.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
