Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room assignments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and assist with special needs of guests.
  • Security and Safety: Follow emergency and safety procedures, and maintain a secure and safe environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
