We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Manager to join our team at DC& F Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors' activities, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate and analyze daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and schedules
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction
  • Manage and direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on project progress and performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction management
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
