Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Manager to join our team at DC& F Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Plan and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring high-quality construction and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, including project status updates and financial performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in residential construction management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, staff, and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in construction software, including project management and estimating tools.
