Production Supervisor

Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Team Leader. As a key member of our Production Department, you will be responsible for providing direction to line staff, maintaining efficiency while ensuring quality standards are met, and monitoring labeling and inventory to ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for planting indoor gardens to specification, communicating and coordinating with other team leaders and departmental staff, and promoting and reinforcing safety and company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in the greenhouse/floral industry being an asset. Good computer skills and the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs are also required. Steel toe safety shoes are a must.
