Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and develop food service staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and control food costs and inventory levels to ensure that we are meeting our budget targets.
- Ensure that our food service operations are running smoothly and efficiently, and that our customers are receiving exceptional service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure that we are meeting our regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
