Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Beamsville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and ensure high-quality food production.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory levels and controlling costs.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The work language is English.
