We are seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation Specialist to join our team at Organizational Solutions Inc. in Edmonton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Workers' Compensation claims, ensuring timely and effective return-to-work strategies, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day Workers' Compensation claims for ongoing and new clients, ensuring no lost time and effective recovery and return-to-work strategies.
- Develop and maintain practices and procedures for claims and disability management services.
- Communicate with key stakeholders to manage return-to-work planning and mitigate lost time.
- Evaluate historical claim performance, confirm treatment programs with healthcare providers, and liaise with stakeholders to provide solution-focused programs.
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships, delivering quarterly and annual reports with a continuous improvement focus.
- At least two years of disability management experience, including short-term and long-term disability adjudication.
- Strong medical knowledge and a customer service focus.
