As a key member of our Engineering Consultancy, you will be responsible for specifying and procuring process & BMS field instrumentation, designing control systems, and developing system architecture for new Control Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Specifying and procurement of process & BMS field instrumentation
- Designing of control systems, schematics, and drawings in the process, biopharma, data centres, and building services industries
- Development of system architecture for new Control Systems
- Working with automation contractors in developing solutions/systems
- Establishing automation and controls systems scope of work
- Site work, dealing with clients/electrical contractors
- Attendance at site meetings, construction, and commissioning support
- Estimating values of both completed works and approximate values of any additional works
- Adherence to quality standards and attention to detail and accuracy
- Compliance with ET-101:2008 (National Rules for Electrical Installations)
- Third-level degree in a relevant I&C Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, ideally in an organisation involved in delivering Industrial projects
- Ability to work with Automation Contractors in developing solutions/systems
- Full-time Permanent based position in Dublin
