About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Town and Country Motel. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as required.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
