Cleaning Operations Manager

Town and Country Motel is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of equipment and furnishings.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as required.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition and provide guidance on navigating our work environment.
- Deliver diversity and cross-cultural training to promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities to Indigenous workers.
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to promote a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
