Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at TOWN AND COUNTRY MOTEL. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
