Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Jassal Signs Ltd. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales team members to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
