Food Service Manager

Chachi's Southcentre is seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffOversee and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure high-quality service.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Inventory ManagementEstimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
Reporting and Record-KeepingPrepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
Work EnvironmentAs a Food Service Supervisor at Chachi's Southcentre, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceExperience in a food service environment is an asset.
