Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

Orchid Nail & Spa is seeking a skilled Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Coordinate: Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Problem-Solving and Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of expertise.
  • Support for Diversity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming work environment for diverse groups, including persons with disabilities, newcomers and refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
