Schools Operations Manager

Voyago is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Schools Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our student transportation services.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of student transportation services, ensuring timely and safe transportation of students.
- Manage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.
- Supervise and train drivers, ensuring they meet high standards of safety and customer service.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, human resources, and health and safety, to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in student transportation or logistics.
- Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating logistics, including scheduling, routing, and vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
