Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Diamond Towing & Recovery. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks, and providing technical guidance and support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
