Teaching Position in Operations and Supply Chain Management

Position Overview
The University of Lethbridge is seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic instructor to join our team in the Dhillon School of Business. As an Instructor III in Operations and Supply Chain Management, you will be responsible for teaching and developing courses in this field, as well as contributing to the growth and development of our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and develop courses in Operations and Supply Chain Management at the undergraduate and graduate levels
- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic programs in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Engage in scholarly activities, such as research and publication, to maintain expertise and contribute to the academic community
- Participate in departmental and university service activities, such as committee work and student advising
Requirements
- Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field
- Teaching experience at the post-secondary level
- Commitment to teaching excellence and student success
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management
- Experience with experiential learning and work-integrated learning
- Interest in sustainable supply chain management and logistics, and/or data analytics
