The University of Lethbridge's Dhillon School of Business seeks a dedicated Operations and Supply Chain Management Instructor III to join our dynamic team.
This full-time, continuing position offers the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant academic community known for its commitment to teaching excellence.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging instruction and assessments in undergraduate and potentially graduate-level courses.
- Contribute to course content updates and pedagogical improvements.
- Participate actively in curriculum development and School/Area governance.
- Engage in service activities, including committee work, student initiatives, and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possess a Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. A Ph.D. is an asset but not required.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence at the post-secondary level.
- Have experience and interest in Sustainable Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or data analytics.
- Be open to incorporating experiential learning opportunities, particularly work-integrated learning.
- Ideally possess industry experience and a willingness to maintain professional competence through ongoing practice or similar activities.

AACSB accredited, the Dhillon School of Business values both teaching and research excellence. We foster close ties with the community through experiential programs and offer a wide range of undergraduate majors and combined degrees.
Our Lethbridge and Calgary campuses house approximately 50 full-time faculty members and 1600 undergraduate students, along with graduate programming in Health Services Management, Management Research, and Business Analytics.
