About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Supply Chain Leadership Program at PepsiCo Foods Canada. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis and balance our four key imperatives: cost, quality, service, and people.
  • Develop leadership skills by attending continuous improvement training with the ultimate goal of leading a front-line team.
  • Motivate your team to achieve established performance targets and coach them on performance processes.
  • Identify and implement productivity and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, completed by August 2024.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
  • Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative team-player with a 'roll-up your sleeves' approach.
