We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery, ensuring efficiency and quality in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and calibration of packaging machinery
  • Document production data accurately
  • Adhere to Quality Control standards
  • Conduct physical inventory checks
  • Monitor equipment performance and product quality
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment
  • Assist with bulk loading and unloading tasks
  • Perform line work as required
  • Exhibit strong hand-eye coordination
  • Lift weights ranging from 1 to 50 pounds
  • Maintain a standing position for extended periods
  • Engage in general warehouse duties
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Keep the work area organized and clean
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Steel toe safety footwear
  • Completion of Workers Health and Safety Awareness training
