**Job Title:** Community Residential Worker

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Temporary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Residential Worker to provide essential care and support to individuals in need within the community.

**Job Overview**

Assist participants with daily activities such as:

  • Bathing and grooming
  • Meal preparation

Provide companionship and emotional support to participants, including:

  • Assisting with community events and life skills
  • Helping with mobility and transportation needs

Monitor and report any changes in participants' health or behavior, and collaborate with:

  • Healthcare professionals
  • Family members
  • Other caregivers

**Requirements**

Previous experience in Disability supports or a related field is preferred, with:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with individuals in need

Ability to lift, push and pull up to 35 pounds is required.
