Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CAPRE. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to clients with special needs.

Job Summary:

The Support Worker will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, assisting clients with special needs, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Assist clients with special needs, including providing support with daily living activities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Collaborate with staff in various areas of responsibility to achieve team goals
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Community disability studies Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
