Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, expand, and strengthen client relationships by providing customized, value-driven financial advice tailored to their specific needs.
  • Engage proactively with clients to gather insights, understand their evolving needs, and ensure their satisfaction with RBC's offerings.
  • Strategically plan and prioritize client and market initiatives, identifying opportunities and facilitating introductions to RBC partners to address clients' business and personal financial requirements.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with banking protocols, formulating appropriate action plans in response to identified concerns.
  • Promote digital engagement and advocate for RBC's mobile and online platforms, empowering clients to interact with RBC through their preferred channels.
  • Be present in your clients' environments, visiting them on-site to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business goals and operations, as circumstances allow.
