Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure that we are running at maximum efficiency, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.

Revenue Management

Monitor and analyze our revenue streams to determine labor costs, ensuring that we are making informed decisions to drive business growth.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies, ensuring that we maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Customer Service

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, driving customer loyalty and retention.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, with a proven track record of success.

Supervision

Experience supervising a team of 1-2 people, with the ability to manage a larger team in the future.

Work Conditions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of physical activity required.

Personal Suitability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
