Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish senior staff positions
  • Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Represent the organization in official functions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
