About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Counter Manager-Lancôme to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business metrics to identify opportunities and develop action plans to drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base through the Preferred Customer Program
  • Provide expert product knowledge and fashion direction to customers
  • Work with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through suggestive selling and store events
  • Act with customers in mind, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience in cosmetics sales
  • Certified Make-up Artist
  • Experience in a commission and clientele selling environment
  • Full flexibility with schedule, including evenings and weekends
