Accommodation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Supervisor to join our team at Sunrise Motel. As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accommodation services, including managing staff, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Task Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, perform same duties as workers supervised, and resolve work problems.
- Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure business continuity.
- Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work as needed.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as required.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, organized, team player.
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, willing to relocate.
