Job Title: Exterior Installation Specialist

Vic City Exteriors Inc is seeking a skilled Exterior Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Exterior Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing exterior products such as siding, eavestroughs, and windows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Setup: Determine installation procedures and protocols for exterior products.
  • Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark reference lines for installations.
  • Tool Operation: Operate manual and electrical tools.
  • Platform Erection: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other work platforms.
  • Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret plans, maps, drawings, and specifications.
Area of Specialization:
  • Eavestroughs: Install and repair eavestroughs and downspouts.
  • Siding: Install and repair siding products.
  • Windows: Install and repair windows and doors.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Dynamic Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Heavy Lifting: Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.
Weight Handling:
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs): Lift and carry materials up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Up to 45 kg (100 lbs): Lift and carry materials up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • More than 45 kg (100 lbs): Lift and carry materials over 45 kg (100 lbs).
