Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at SSS Estates Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and colleagues, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to relevant parties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
