Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Lead to join our team at Retailors Sports Inc., the official operating partner of Nike in Ontario. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing sales techniques to connect customers with the right product, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and utilize sales techniques to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of all store departments and perform tasks with ease, including handling complex transactions and customer service situations.
  • Share expertise in areas such as Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience.
  • 1+ years of leadership experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • The physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time.
