Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Lead to join our team at Retailors Sports Inc. in Ontario. As a Retail Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of associates to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Utilize your exceptional customer service skills to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
  • Leadership: Maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide expertise in one or more areas or functions, including Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandise.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years retail experience and 1+ years leadership experience
  • Skills: Cash handling experience, basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time
