Sterilization Operator

Job Summary
Sterilization Operator needed to process customer products in a highly regulated environment. Responsible for operating industrial sterilization modalities, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process customer products according to operating procedures and quality specifications.
2. Maintain production schedule and coordinate daily tasks to meet production demands.
3. Operate and assist with maintenance of processing equipment to ensure sterilization process integrity.
4. Monitor processing operation and respond to alarm conditions while following operational and safety guidelines.
Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
2. Must pass company Operator training program and maintain certification.
3. Certified to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment.
4. Possess specific licenses as required by law.
Skills and Competencies
1. Ability to pass Nuclear Regulatory Commission background check.
2. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to work independently and navigate computer screens.
4. Basic understanding of sterilization principles and safety protocols.
