About the Role:

The Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently collecting waste from customer sites and transporting it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a commercial vehicle to collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
  • Collect and record data on services performed, including route sheets and daily truck reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and provide reports to supervisors as required.
  • Participate in route observations and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a minimum of one year of commercial driving experience.
  • Ability to meet relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to Company standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate safe driving skills and operate equipment using prescribed techniques.
