Security Operations Manager

- Develop and implement coaching strategies to drive engagement and performance.
- Conduct regular meetings with Lead Hands to discuss progress and goals.
- Collaborate with the Manager to implement new technologies and processes to improve service and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise all aspects of security operations, including monitoring, reporting, and incident response.
- Maintain currency of knowledge in security systems, equipment, and techniques.
- Investigate incidents and provide feedback to staff and management.
- Mediate conflicts and provide evaluations and recommendations.
- Liaise with tenants and management to resolve issues and concerns.
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level - C certification.
- Covid-19 - Fully Vaccinated.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in Security.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of applicable federal, provincial, and municipal legislation and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
