Security Operations Overview
At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day security operations at our 15/16 York Street location in Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and customers.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all security operations, including security personnel management, incident response, and security systems maintenance
* Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with business operations
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in security operations management
* Proven track record of success in security risk management and incident response
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
