Position Overview

Core Tasks
  • Evaluate and advise on the management techniques and organizational framework of the company.
  • Conduct thorough research to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current managerial policies and initiatives.
  • Recommend enhancements to existing methods, systems, and procedures.
  • Strategize the re-organization of operational processes.
  • Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of customer service.
  • Facilitate staff training and development.
  • Direct the formulation of communication strategies.
  • Manage knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Plan and oversee budget management and expenditures.
  • Guide staff in developing and implementing service quality assessment strategies.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Qualifications
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, Provincial Management Consulting Association Certification, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, MS Excel, and MS Office.
