pt Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to enhance our team focused on senior wellness.

Position Details:

  • Location: To be determined
  • Schedule: Part-Time; 30 hours per week
  • Status: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and develop tailored treatment strategies for clients
  • Monitor and assess client progress continuously
  • Collect and analyze outcome measurement data
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at quality enhancement
  • Communicate effectively with relevant referral sources and stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and learning
  • Foster a positive patient experience through enjoyable interactions

Qualifications:

  • Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists
  • Graduate of an accredited university Physiotherapy program
  • ADP authorization is necessary
  • Current Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months)
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance

The selected candidate will receive an employment offer contingent upon full vaccination against COVID-19, defined as having completed all required doses of a Health Canada approved vaccine, with the final dose administered at least 14 days prior to the start date.
