**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our team at Brandt Developments in Regina, SK. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform building maintenance and repairs, including completing small renovation projects
- Supervise activities of subcontractors' personnel on larger jobs to ensure compliance with Brandt's standards
- Complete all work in accordance with Brandt's safety procedures
- Work with the foremen, project managers, and designers to manage issues in design, material supply, and coordination
- Complete HVAC installation on new projects
**Requirements**
- Passion for construction and a strong work ethic
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel as necessary
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Journeyman Trades Certification is considered an asset
