In this position at Aveda's Experience Center, you will share your expertise in hair and wellness with our clients. Your role will involve educating guests on the effective use of our products, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
Required QualificationsEssential Qualifications :
Preferred possession of a current cosmetology or Esthiology license/certificate. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Outstanding organizational capabilities. Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment. Eagerness to learn, with a commitment to attend and successfully complete all mandatory company training and meetings. Anticipated Hourly Range: $17.75 to $28.55 (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget). Additionally, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a range of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related initiatives, paid holidays, and vacation time. The Company also maintains competitive incentive compensation programs (eligibility may vary based on specific plan terms).
You may qualify for participation in the applicable Commission/Bonus Plan, according to the guidelines in effect at the time of hire. Further details regarding the commission plan will be provided during your onboarding process.
