POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal departments and external agencies to create engaging in-store and online promotional materials, including displays, flyers, and digital advertisements.
  • Overseeing the execution of retailer programs and events, such as trade shows.
  • Managing product sample requests and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Assisting cross-functional teams with various marketing initiatives.
  • Tracking brand performance and generating analytical reports utilizing Nielsen sales data.
  • Coordinating the preparation of promotional and media materials by liaising with agencies, placing orders, and confirming receipt.
  • Providing sales teams with relevant data, market insights, forecasts, and new product information, while addressing customer service inquiries.
  • Supporting the training team in organizing training sessions for account executives and beauty advisors.
  • Assisting the sales team in planning trade shows by identifying, gathering, and coordinating necessary resources.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Essential Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or E-commerce.
  • Experience in creating marketing content.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • French language skills are a plus.
