About the Role

As a Maintenance Planner at Soucy, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team's work schedule using our maintenance management software (CMMS). This involves purchasing necessary parts, managing maintenance inventory, and training new users on the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Purchase and manage maintenance inventory, including spare parts and materials.
  • Train new users on the maintenance management software (CMMS) and provide ongoing support.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance, Plant and Equipment Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS) or willingness to learn.
