Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high level of performance of our plant equipment by implementing maintenance procedures, methods, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Perform safety inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment conditions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement root cause analysis and corrective action plans to address equipment failures and reliability issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of maintenance budgets and ensure technical justification of maintenance operations.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in mechanics or vocational training + 5 years experience in maintenance in an industrial environment.
  • Fluently bilingual.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance costs and budget, and ability to make decisions based on equipment risks and budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of non-destructive testing devices and ability to collect and analyze vibration data.
  • Ability to interact with plant personnel and provide effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
