About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategist, Patient Recruitment and Site Engagement Specialist to join our team at Innovaderm, a leading contract research organization (CRO) specialized in dermatology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies to meet project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Recruitment Team to develop project-level recruitment strategy plans.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in business development handovers, kick-off meetings, and investigator meetings.
  • Attend internal and external core and cross-functional team meetings.
  • Develop and manage site recruitment materials based on approved recruitment strategies.
  • Work with the regulatory team to obtain approval of materials.
  • Manage translations and distribution of materials to sites.
  • Monitor subject enrollment and propose improvements in recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team for site communication and support.
  • Assist the Project Manager with client requests for recruitment and advertisement.
  • Interact with clients to establish and gain client input on recruitment strategies and budgets.
Requirements
  • BA/BS required, preferably in Communications or a related field with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of years of relevant work experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
  • Knowledge of good clinical practice, ICH standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Good knowledge of European regulations and guidelines.
  • English spoken and written, Spanish or French an asset.
  • Experience in a research site environment an asset.
  • Experience managing patient advocacy groups an asset.
  • Problem-solving skills, good adaptability, versatile, and great attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
