About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at The Good Samaritan Society. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Assist with transportation and mobility
  • Participate in training and education to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
Work Environment
