Job Summary

CARECORP AT PICCADILLY LIMITED is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Maintain patients' rooms, including making beds and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices.
  • Manage inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients as needed.
  • Respond to call signals to determine patients' needs and provide timely assistance.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a fast-paced environment and physical demands, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Initiative, organized, and a team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
