Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

CARECORP AT PICCADILLY LIMITED is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Maintain patients' rooms, including making beds and ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that all necessary equipment is available.
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients, promoting their dignity and independence.
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs and respond accordingly.
  • Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving, and sterilizing operative areas.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Will train.
