About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at KASO MAHARAJ. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
