Job Title: Home Support Worker

KASO MAHARAJ is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the comfort and dignity of our clients.
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account our clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
