Job Summary

KASO MAHARAJ is seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to provide personalized care and support to our clients in their homes. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other tasks as required to support clients' independence and well-being
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required
